Why are my Listings Not Showing up on my kvCORE Website?
There are a number of reasons your listings may not be showing up. First, make sure your correct TRREB number is inputed under your Profile next to MLS ID. If it is, you'll want to make sure you completed the following steps in setting up your IDX Feed. Shortly after you received your kvCORE welcome email, kvCORE's IDX Team should have sent you and email with forms and instructions. You will need to complete this form. If you can't find the email, you can access it HERE. After you submit the form, you will need to set up an IDX agreement Log into TRREB, torontomls.net Click MLS Services located in the top-right corner. (takes you to Spotlight) In the middle, look for, and click, Data Agreements, (Center column, 5 down) Log in to TRREB Online Agreements, Click Start New From here, you need to complete ALL THREE of the following agreements Data License Agreement IDX Data Agreement VOW Data Agreement Enter the below Information in the Agreements: kvCORE Domain: yourname.condodigs.com OR the domain you chose Vendor Info: Inside Real Estate/Kunversion Contact Name: Carole Smets Third Party Email: idxadmin@insiderealestate.com Corporate Address: 434 West Ascension Way. I Tried Forwarding a Lead to my Lead Dropbox Email and it's Not Working.
Leads can be forwarded to you kvCORE account by using your Lead Dropbox email address or by syncing your Google or Outlook account. However, there are strict rules about how these functions work. When forwarding a lead, the subject of the email MUST say: Add Contact kvCORE also prefers the following fields must be present and each of them on their own line. How Does the kvCORE Smart Number Work?
The Smart Number is a VOIP (voice over IP) phone number that is connected to your kvCORE database. This means that it knows everything that is connected to your kvCORE account! It Knows: Your cellphone number, and the cellphones of the other users in your Office/account Your contacts' phone numbers Your Office numbers Which contacts/leads belong to whom Who contacted which contact last What auto-communications went to which contact last Inside Real Estate uses the Smart Number for the dialer system, as well as to send & receive texts to and from contacts.

I Made a Change to my kvCORE Website, but it's Not Showing Up on the Site.
If your website doesn't seem to be updating, such as not displaying your new logo, background image, or even new listings. You can try adding /?FLUSH_CACHE=1 to the end of the website URL to flush your cache without having to clear your history. For example: condodigs.com/?FLUSH_CACHE=1 If the changes still aren't appearing, contact support.

How Do I Connect my Realtor.ca Leads to kvCORE?
In order to forward leads from realtor.ca to kvCORE you will need to enter your lead dropbox email address into your realtor.ca settings. Log into your realtor.ca account. Then click on the main menu at the upper right corner and click Settings Click on Lead Settings You will need to scroll down until you see the settings for 'Connections Plus,' 'Profile Leads,' and 'Courtesy Leads.' The settings for all three need to be changed individually. After clicking on Change for one of the settings, you will see the option to specify where to send those leads. Begin by clicking add email (if applicable, you could also edit an existing forward instead.) Select Lead Forwarding from the drop down menu. Then paste in your Lead Dropbox email. Finally, select Plain Text as the format of the message. Click Save when done. Repeat this process for all three lead sources. Your leads will now flow into kvCORE and you will receive notifications and forwarded copies of any non-lead emails in your email account.
